Police powers include the ability to randomly breathalyze drivers on the road. However were you aware that new laws may give them power to randomly breathalyze cyclists and e-scooter riders? The only current way to breathalyze a cyclist is if they are arrested and it is later done at the station. So that fun night out and “we should get an e-scooter” might be even less intelligent then it was before. Read more here
