Remember to keep count and ensure plenty of food and water to keep those inner thoughts to yourself.

Whether it be singing, dancing or another activity at the function this is the best way to avoid conflict.

Packed with vitamins and minerals and an all round amazing drink. Preferably not a pop-top… personal preference though
1.Milk
Helps make strong bones, can be mixed with any nesquik flavour. If you are lactose intolerant then i suggest improving your tolerance because this is a must have.
